About FLÖSEN
Nobody actually flosses.
Not properly, and not every night. Dentists have been asking people to do it for sixty years and the honest answer, if you ask around a room, is that most people do it for three days after a check-up and then quietly stop. The string is fiddly. It hurts when you catch a gum. It is hard to reach the back teeth, and it is genuinely impossible if you have braces or a bridge.
So the problem was never that people did not care about their teeth. It was that the tool asked too much of them.
What we make
FLÖSEN builds cordless water flossers, and the point of them is that they take about a minute and you will still be doing it in six months. You lean over the sink, run the tip along the gumline, and the water gets into the gaps that a brush cannot reach and that string floss only reaches when you are being unusually diligent.
The Hydro Clean Pro is our main one. Four interchangeable tips, a tongue scraper among them, a nozzle that rotates all the way round so you are not fighting the angles, adjustable pressure from gentle up to a firm gum massage, and enough charge for around sixty uses. It is $59.99 and it is the thing we are known for.
Alongside it we stock a sonic toothbrush and replacement tips, and a Fairywill unit for people who would rather buy a name they recognise. We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend everything on the shelf is ours.
How we talk about it
Some things about this brand are deliberate.
We do not put a number on this site that we have not confirmed on the unit we actually ship. Where we do not know something, such as a formal waterproofing rating, we say we do not know rather than borrowing a figure from a spec sheet and hoping. Where a claim has a limit, we print the limit next to the claim instead of burying it.
We also will not tell you this replaces your dentist, or cures anything. It cleans between your teeth, consistently, without being a chore. That is a smaller promise than most of this category makes and it is one we can actually keep.
Where we are
Over five hundred people have bought a FLÖSEN flosser. That is not a huge number and we are not going to dress it up as one. It is enough to know the thing works and that people keep using it, which is the only test that counts.
Support is a person, not a form. If something breaks, if a charge stops holding, if you just cannot get on with it, email support@flosencare.com and you will get a straight answer from someone who can actually fix it.
