Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products, colours, and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and slight differences can occur. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including cancelling and refunding orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day return policy is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product use and safety

Our products must be used according to the instructions provided. Start on the lowest pressure setting and increase it gradually, and replace tips and brush heads when they show wear. Do not submerge the unit and do not leave it standing in water. Tips and brush heads are personal items and should not be shared between users.

Our products are oral hygiene devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have gum disease, recent dental surgery, implants or other dental work, or if you experience pain or persistent bleeding, speak to your dentist before use. FLÖSEN is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to FLÖSEN or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and trademarks belonging to other manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLÖSEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.
